Food, Food, Glorious Food

Seriously, who doesn't like food?.
I think we all do, and it's easier than ever to grab pretty much any type of food , 24 hours a day, whether out, on the go, or at home.
Highly processed foods in bigger portions and so easy on the wallet, mean that the majority of us have to fight hard to stay in shape and keep healthy!.
Bad habits are easy to fall into and can end up ingrained over the years.
If we can make a few tweaks here and there and become more mindful of what we buy to eat, what we order when eating out, our snacks, how much we eat and when, we can re-learn to listen to our bodies and change our habits over time to make a big impact on our physical, mental and emotional health.
Are you with me!!
Healthy heart, Healthy body, healthy mind.

Who Am I ?

Hi
I'm Cheryl, the owner of Nutrigenics Ltd.
I am a fully qualified, insured and registered Nutritional Therapist.
Having trained at Dunstable college in Nutrition and Personal Training, I went on to study at West London University.
I graduated in 2012 with a BSc degree in Nutritional Medicine.
I enjoy keeping up to date with the latest health news by attending seminars and online courses.

Nutritional therapy uses a scientific evidence based whole-person approach to address the underlying cause(s) of health concerns rather than just managing the symptoms.
By providing personalised nutritional dietary advice, I aim to provide corrective action for the prevention and management of a wide range of health concerns ranging from weight management, gut health, fatigue and stress through to diagnosed chronic medical conditions.
